For your company to remain competitive in today's marketplace, you must improve your materials and supply chain management practices. But where do you begin?  Pyramid uses an analytical process to determine your path to supply chain excellence. The tools we use help you better understand your own business, and help Pyramid formulate solutions for improving it. Furthermore, once a path has been identified, we have the resources to help you implement your solutions and support you on an ongoing basis to ensure your success. The steps we take to get you there are:

Analysis & Implementation
-Business Needs Analysis (with Best-In-Class Comparative Analysis), -Total Cost of Ownership Analysis.

Ongoing Support-The Pyramid experts who will work with you throughout this process have the training, experience and industry contacts to ensure that what we recommend is what's best for your needs.

Business Needs Analysis-Business Needs Analysis is an advanced discovery tool that allows Pyramid to gain a thorough understanding of your manufacturing and materials practices and objectives. By reviewing each step in your materials management processes (material planning, acquisition, receipt, storage, and assembly), Pyramid's Materials Management team derives an understanding of your unique situation. After we compile our findings, we compare your capabilities to Best-In-Class benchmark processes and discuss the results with you. We can then work together to define the steps that will take your process to Best-In-Class status.

Total Cost of Ownership Analysis-Pyramid's TCO Analysis is an in-depth review of all the costs associated with your materials management and manufacturing processes and practices. The goal of the review is to determine cost drivers in your current process, and to compare those results to a cost model that incorporates an Pyramid Value Added solution. Through this analysis, you will increase your understanding of TCO within your company. By quantifying the benefit of the proposed solution, you are able to make the business case that proves the conclusion's viability. We use your data, a third party consultant's software, and our expert team to obtain results. The required steps to produce a total cost of ownership analysis are:

-Customer interviews (by function) and data collection.
-Data analysis and cost modeling.
-Data verification and solution concurrence.

Implementation Team-Once we have designed and agreed upon the best-fit, tailored solution to meet your needs, now what? Without the proper support during implementation, your solution might never get off the ground. Chances are you have never installed one of these programs before, and you need help. With operations and materials backgrounds, our IMPACTSM team works directly with your team to implement our most sophisticated programs. Our IMPACT team will implement the selected programs with as little disruption to your day-to-day business as possible.

Value Added Support Team-Once we have implemented your solution, Pyramid will still be there to help you with any questions as they arise. To ensure our services continue to run smoothly, we provide a dedicated support group called VASTSM to answer questions, coordinate software updates, troubleshoot or resolve any issue during the life of the program. The VAST team works when you work, and is just a toll-free call away.
